These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on the website www.pinu.lv. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. 2. Ordering and Payment

  • All prices are indicated in EUR.

  • The buyer selects products, adds them to the cart, and completes the checkout process.

  • Payment is made via the methods provided by the Mozello platform (e.g., bank transfer, card payment, or internet banking).

  • The purchase agreement is considered concluded once the payment is received in the seller's bank account.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship our products within Latvia and Europe.

  • Processing time: Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 20 business days.

  • Shipping costs: The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and method.

  • The seller is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or customs procedures for international orders.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  • According to EU law, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason.

  • To exercise this right, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The buyer covers the direct costs of returning the product.

5. Safety and Responsibility

  • PINU products are handmade and intended for private use only.

  • Maximum Load: Please strictly follow the weight limits specified for each model (up to 120 kg or 150 kg).

  • Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the swing.

  • The seller is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from incorrect installation or improper use of the product.

6. Warranty

  • Our products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects for consumers within the EU.

  • The warranty does not cover wear and tear from regular use or damage caused by extreme weather conditions if stored improperly.
