Terms and Conditions

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of an online store must specify the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract.  (MK noteikumi)

Distance Contract

This Agreement is made between the Seller, on the one hand, who is the seller of the goods offered in this online store, and the Purchaser, on the other hand, who is the person placing the order.

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Purchaser, in accordance with the Purchaser's order.

Delivery and Payment Terms

The Purchaser places an order for the goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The Purchaser has the option to pay for the goods using the payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Purchaser by e-mail, corresponding to the order. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller shall ensure the delivery of the goods within 20 days from the receipt of payment for the goods, agreeing the delivery time with the Purchaser.

Right of Withdrawal

The Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by sending a letter of withdrawal to the Seller. The Seller shall send the withdrawal form to the Purchaser by e-mail upon request of the Purchaser.

The Purchaser is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of withdrawal. All costs incurred in returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Purchaser.

The Purchaser may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • the goods ordered cannot be returned due to their nature, or they deteriorate or expire quickly;
  • the goods ordered are made specifically for the Purchaser according to an individual order;
  • the Purchaser has opened the packaging of an audio or video recording or computer program.

Part six of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for the preservation of the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Purchaser the right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation in case the goods are damaged, due to careless handling of the goods during use or non-observance of the instructions, if the original packaging of the goods is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.

Data Processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Purchaser confirms that he/she has read and agrees that the data provided by him/her will be used by the Seller to accept the Purchaser's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
